• How do I use 3G Cloud-Roam Sim Card ?

  3G Cloud-Roam Sim Card service is very easy to use. It takes 3 steps:
  • Insert your 3G Cloud-Roam Sim Card into your unlocked mobile phone.
  • Switch on the phone.
  • When prompted to select your location of the 3G Cloud-Roam Sim Card or profile, select "Italy/Prime" when in Italy and United Kingdom or select "Rest of the world/Global" when in any other country, or if the SIM has a USA profile (number) select "USA" when in USA or Canada. "*" indicates the current setting. 
    (If you are not prompted to select your location or profile, find "SIM Services", "SIM Menu", "SIM Profile", or "Profile" in the phone menu. (It may be in Applications, Office Tools, Services or similar menu.) Then select "Roaming Services" or "Select Location" and select the required profile and save it.)

• Can 3G Cloud-Roam Sim Card work with any GSM handset?

  Yes. 3G Cloud-Roam Sim Card works with most GSM phones as long as the phone is SIM unlocked.. Consult the vendor of the mobile phone to get it unlocked.
  Ensure that the phone supports the frequency band of the country where it will be used. Generally the frequency bands are:
  • North America: 850, 1900
  • South and Central America: 850, 1900. Some countries mix in 900 and/or 1800.
  • Africa, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia: 900, 1800
  • Japan: 1700, 2100
  • Korea: 2100
  • And some countries have added or are adding 2100 for 3G.
